I work with my clients to help them create communities through meaningful marketing.

Hmm. What does that mean I hear you say. Well, in a nutshell, I help them with their marketing so they can achieve their business goals.

And as the world is changing and customer is king {or queen. you know what I mean}, building a community that will help instil loyalty and repeat business is ESSENTIAL. With individuals having more and more power thanks to the internet and social media, having practical and relevant marketing and customer service strategies and processes in place is more essential than ever. And that’s how I can help.

I have worked across a wide range of industries and projects to achieve outcomes that meet the short and long term expectations of numerous organisations and their stakeholders. I like to work closely with my clients to make sure the proposed marketing activities will meet your needs in terms of achieving goals, objectives, budgets and timeframes.

• mentor employees to up-skill staff and increase in-house capabilities
• produce written materials including brochures, magazine/journal articles, website copy, newsletters and fact sheets.
